Ayden Machajewski
Ayden Machajewski is a music composer currently based in Dallas, Texas. He is passionate about writing music in a variety of styles and scoring for video games. He specializes in a rich orchestral sound, with significant influence from modern jazz and fusion. In addition to composition, Ayden is a lifelong drummer and percussionist. He recently graduated in May 2023 from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors of Music in Music Composition.
Ayden has been writing music for over a decade, with a wide variety of chamber ensembles, orchestral pieces, and solos to his name. Alongside his more traditional composing, he’s also written and produced works for jazz band, electronic music, and several soundtracks for video game projects. His music focuses on engaging rhythms, dramatic moments, and clear melody. From a young age, he has had a taste for improvisation and likes to incorporate an impromptu and social feel to all his music.

While a creative powerhouse in his own right, Ayden especially enjoys projects where he can collaborate and bounce ideas off other creatives, whether that be artists, game developers, film directors, or other composers. He is proficient with Finale, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, and FMOD, with working knowledge of Unity, Reaper, WWise, Blender, and a number of other audio and game development tools.
